Right of withdrawal and returns 

In the event that you are not satisfied with the products purchased, you have the right to exercise the right of withdrawal from the purchase of part or all of the goods covered by an order without penalty and without the need to specify the reason, pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/05. In order to withdraw from the purchase, you will have to communicate your will within and not later than 14 working days from the receipt of the purchased products.

The communication shall be made by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt addressed to MySexyShop Via Abate Bruni 90 70052 Bisceglie (BT), or by e-mail, telegram, to be confirmed within the following 48 hours by email with acknowledgment of receipt, sent to the same address, and shall specify the products purchased, the relevant order number and your wish to withdraw from the purchase. MySexyShop's sales department will reply by e-mail and will assign you an authorization code for the return of goods.The shipment of returned products can be made by any means of your choice within 14 working days from the receipt of the goods.

However, MySexyShop will not under any circumstances accept return shipments carriage forward or cash on delivery.
The initial shipping costs of the order, if not previously charged, will be borne by the buyer. Once MySexyShop receives the products subject to withdrawal, it will promptly, and in any case within 14 days from the receipt of your registered letter of withdrawal from the purchase, refund the amount paid for the purchase of the products by POSTAL ORDER, STORAGE ON NEW ORDER or other agreed means.

WARNING: The right of withdrawal can be exercised only if the goods are perfectly intact in every part and not used. Therefore, the returned packages must not have been opened, deprived of the wrapping or parts thereof, nor bear any signs of tampering.
MySexyShop is not responsible for any damage to the products occurred during the return shipment of the same.

The right of withdrawal and return cannot be applied to liquid supplements, given the possibility of damage or alteration of the product when not professionally packed and stored, as it happens in our warehouses.

Should MySexyShop receive damaged or tampered return items, it will not refund the amount paid for the purchase of the products. In accordance with D.L. 185/99, the cost of shipping and returning the goods to the sender will be charged to the customer. In the case of an incorrect or incomplete address, or of failure to collect the goods, the customer must reimburse MySexyShop within 5 days with the sum of 15.00 Euros on the bank account that will be indicated. Once this term has elapsed, we will proceed legally, adding all necessary and necessary expenses.
