Delivery

Delivery times will depend on the availability of each product, which is indicated on each and every one of the products offered. Orders that include several items will be sent in a single shipment.

Delivery times vary between 1 and 5 days in the European Union. We cannot guarantee these delivery times, although we try to ensure that transport companies meet them whenever possible. In rural areas far from urban centres it is not possible to guarantee delivery within 24 hours.

We ship orders after confirmation of payment. In addition, we have control parameters for outgoing orders depending on the number of items.

Shipping costs

The contribution to shipping costs appears in the product catalog and in cart summary.

The shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the weight of the products and can be viewed in the shopping cart.

Transport costs for orders of less than € 99.00 are € 12.90.

Shipping costs for orders over € 100.00 are € 5.90.

In case of Promotional Campaigns, shipping costs are zeroed, in which case there will be a Banner on the Home Page.

Shipping times

Delivery for Europe takes place within the days indicated. It may vary depending on the payment selected, the delivery address and / or in case of the presence of holidays. On some occasions it is possible that packages belonging to the same order are delivered on different days.

N.B. We recommend that you ALWAYS provide a telephone number when ordering for any communications from us or the courier.

Delivery

With the exception of unforeseeable situations, MySexyShop guarantees delivery within 48-72 hours and in any case not more than 6-8 working days from the order. MySexyShop delivers throughout the Italian national territory.

For the delivery of the goods, the presence of the customer or of a person appointed by him/her is required at the address indicated in the order. Upon delivery of the goods by the Courier, the Customer is required to check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the number indicated in the transport document and that the package is intact or not altered. Any damage to the package and/or the Products or the mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately notified by means of a written control reservation on the Courier's proof of delivery. Once the Courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of the package delivered.

Cases of non-presence at the time of passage of the courier

In case of return of the package/s to our premises and storage by the courier, Euro 20 will be charged due to the storage costs that the courier charges us.

If, for reasons beyond our control, you are not available at the time of delivery, you may contact the courier's office in your city and agree on a later delivery or collection at the courier's premises.

MySexyShop is not financially responsible for packages left at the courier's premises. The customer who is unable to make arrangements with the office in his or her city for a second delivery, or collection from the courier's premises, will be responsible for the successful completion of the shipment. Should the courier deliver the package(s) to us due to the customer's failure to collect the package(s), MySexyShop will contact the customer to arrange for a possible redelivery and ask for a refund of any storage costs, as well as the shipping costs incurred (redelivery to MySexyShop) and those to be incurred (redelivery to the customer). In the event that the customer does not intend to pay the costs incurred by MySexyShop or does not contact us to agree, or following an email from us requesting reimbursement for the costs incurred and does not respond within a reasonable period of time of 7 (seven) days, MySexyShop will retain the goods not collected due to the customer's failure to comply and will proceed legally with the addition of all necessary and necessary costs.
